Andras' mother made a traditional dish, nokedli (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spätzle) and paprika chicken stew... yum!! Wow!!! I definitely need to get this recipe...

Kurd cheese...
We had leftover nokedli, so we bought some tudor (kurd cheese) and yogurt to make a sauce to go with it. ... I can't say that I was crazy about it, but he ate it up o_o;
